Rust & Mercy is an AI-assisted music project. This website and the "Rust & Mercy Label" application are operated by the project owner solely to publish and manage content on the project's own YouTube channel.

This website

The website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. Our web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting; these are not sold or shared and are deleted routinely.

YouTube API Services

The Rust & Mercy Label application uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, manage, and read analytics for the Rust & Mercy channel only. It does not access other users' accounts, and it does not collect data from viewers.

By using or viewing content provided through YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Data obtained through the API (OAuth tokens, channel and video details, and aggregate analytics) is stored only on the owner's private computers, used only to operate the channel, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted when no longer needed. Authorization can be revoked at any time at Google security settings, after which stored tokens stop working.

Children

This site is not directed to children and collects no personal information from them.
