Use of this site

This website provides information about Rust & Mercy, an AI-assisted music project. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server.

Content and ownership

Music, lyrics, artwork, videos, the Rust & Mercy name and logo are made with AI tools under human creative direction and are provided by the project owner. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law or by the platform where they are published.

YouTube

Videos are published on YouTube. Viewing them, and the project's use of YouTube API Services, is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
